Baseline Product Information

At $95.00, the Baseline home hormone test panel is ideal.  Offered by Diagnos-Techs Lab, the Baseline tests the Adrenals and Reproductive (Ovaries or Testes) glands from your saliva (if you need thyroid testing, click here ).  

Easy to order, and easy to use.  Members get results within 7-10 days—simply login, and with your DTI lab test 'CC code'  & password, you can see your results.

What is tested by Baseline?

Your Baseline test kit will be delivered directly to you.  When you open the kit, you will have four empty vials for saliva collection.  Follow the simple directions.  Here is what you do to take the test:  

• Adrenal Stress Tests (four samples for cortisol and DHEA). This involves one saliva sample collected in the morning before breakfast, another sample collected around noon (before lunch), another around 4 p.m.(before dinner), and another around 10 p.m. (before bed).
• Reproductive Hormone Tests (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone).  This involves one saliva sample collected in the morning before breakfast, another sample collected around noon (before lunch), another around 4 p.m.(before dinner), and another around 10 p.m. (before bed)
• Men and menopausal women can do this one saliva sample testing on any day of any month.
• Menstruating women should do this one saliva sample testing on day nineteen, twenty or twenty-one of their cycle. (Day one is the first day you notice bleeding)

Once you've collected the saliva samples, you place the vials back into the shipping box.  Carefully follow all the enclosed directions which will direct you to ship the box back to Diagnos-Techs Lab (DTI).

How to Order

To order the Baseline home saliva test kit, you will need to

• register with the Canary Club website
• login to the Canary Club
• once logged in, you will be  placed on the "Member Order Page" where you can select DTI to place your order.

How to obtain Results 

You mail your test vials directly to Diagnos-Techs Lab (DTI).  After 7-10 days pass, you can begin checking the Canary Club website to get your results.  You will need:

• Your Canary Club username & Password
• Your DTI "CC code" & Password 

 Here are the steps to view your DTI results.  Your test results are also mailed to you.

1. Go to http://www.canaryclub.org and log-in to your Canary Club member account.
2. Once logged in, the "Members Order Page" appears. Click on the Diagnos-Techs picture.  
3. Click on the right side of the form that says: "returning users".  Enter your DTI "CC code" &  password and click the log in button.
4. When the page next opens you should be able to see the progress of your home saliva test at the top of the section that is labeled "Diagnos-Techs". If your test has been processed, you will see "Click to View" otherwise your test has not been processed.
5. Select "Click to View" to view your test results.  This step may take a minute until your results are generated. The results of your home saliva test will also be mailed to you.
